GRAND RIVER LAND TRUST RECEIVES AWARD

The
Lower Grand River Land Trust Inc., (LGRLT) was recently honoured
by receiving the Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA)
Watershed Award presented at their head office in Cambridge
on November 29th.
The
Land Trust was recognized for their contributions to enhance
and protect unique features along the Grand River watershed;
namely, the Watershed Stewardship Program and the conservation
of Ruthven buildings.
"This award recognizes that we are on target with our
mandate to perserve and protect natural and cultural features
along the Grand River Watershed." says President Smith.
